Quality
We, at Tirupati Plastomatics, take stringent measures to ensure the perfect manufacturing of the products. In our in-house quality control facility, the products are tested in accordance with the standards specified by ISO 9001:2000, the IS, IRS, BS, IEC, ITD etc. The Quality testing laboratory is well equipped, with the latest computerized facilities, to verify the standard of the raw materials and to thoroughly test the quality of the manufactured products. Computerized Electrical test set-up is installed to test the electrical parameters such as conductor resistance, capacitance, resistance unbalance, impedance, cross talk and the alike. All the cables like flexible power cables, trailing cables, installation cables, etc. are tested to ensure its performance capabilities, safety and reliability. The conductors are tested based on the parameters like tensile strength, vibration resistance, and overload capacity.
Infrastructure
The ultra modern infrastructure helps in the perfect manufacturing and prompt delivery of goods. Our facility is well equipped to manufacture 400 kms of pipes in a month, for which we use the latest manufacturing equipment like the Double barrel extrusion line. The workforce which consist of the Research and Development team, the Quality Control team and a team of Engineers and Designers put in their best for consistent deliver of the finest quality of products in the industry.
